Overview
ArtBlastis an entertaining way of developing a positive work ethic. Everyone loves it; the non-competitive one-team message is always a winner. Plus, there's the fabulous painting at the end to take back to the office.
The individual groups must reproduce a masterpiece painting. Teams need to collect information, blue-prints and paints to achieve success. The participants don't have to be artistic to join in, and there is something for everyone. The final result can be quite breathtaking and teams are amazed at what they have achieved.

The Result
At the end of the session the individual canvases will be joined together to create a bigger picture. The end product is always brilliant, and teams are amazed by their achievements. Most companies take their creations away to offices / staffrooms and canteens in their offices as a constant reminder of what they can achieve together.
